No. You shouldn't live your life expecting any rewards. If you do, you'll miss out on a lot of missed opportunities. And you'll live your life with a lot of disappointment. Just enjoy life for what it's worth. If you're meant to be rewarded, God will reward you.
Best wishes!

I get rewards everyday, whether I expect them or not. Each morning I wake up, I am rewarded that I can see.
I do believe that life is what you make of it. You can look at it as the glass is half empty, or half full. I choose to look at it as the glass is half full. I am truly blessed, and the rewards of life, come because of the outlook that I have. I do have bad days, but I am rewarded by being reminded that I had a good day yesterday, and I will be blessed today by just being here and having friends and people that want to share their life with me. What could be more rewarding.??? I am so blessed

No, I expect answers but I guess that would be a reward since it's what I wanted. But if it was an answer to a question I wasn't asking I guess it wouldn't be a rewarding answer it would just be a solution to a problem I apparently didn't have. I believe I just confused myself.OK, I'll shut up now.

I never had any expectations for rewards from life. These usually come as a result of personal efforts. A little surprise every once in a while would be o.k.

I expect to get what I put into it -
so to a certain extent, I expect rewards, but nothing I'm not deserving of

No, but I believe we get back proportionate to what we give out. So that's a sort of reward.

I do. Why not. If I'm doing a good job then I deserve compensation. If I'm good to my roomate then I deserve respect. If I don't get it I raise hell. That teaches them that next time they should be more considerate. It's like the guy who is a jerk and gets his lights punched out. After that, he's a swell guy.
People just need to be told. That's all there is to it.
