Right before or during my period, sometimes my face gets so hot and red that you can cook an egg on it
(not literally but you get the point)
I just a a tremendous 'hot flash" or whatever it was a few minutes ago...
I literally had to stick my face in a bucket of cold ice water to cool myself down..
Is this anything I should be worried about?

I'm 29 and this has been happening to me too right before and during the first day of my periods, ever since I had a miscarriage 3 months ago. I've been told that my hormones are imbalanced- it's been getting better though. My OBGyn told me she has many patients of all ages who it happens to all the time! I would see your Gyn but don't freak out too much- if it is just happening right before your period and during, it is not uncommon.
