Like when I'm standing somewhere and I automatically turn and look at a person, is it because they were staring at me or is my conscious just telling me that someone is there. Usually when I turn around to look at the person, they're looking back, and other times they won't be.

That is very odd isn't it, you can be in a crowd and if you turn around and look at a person it appears that person was staring at you but if you will reverse that and think about it and put yourself the other way you will notice that its that other person turning towards you that draws your eyes together so most of the time its not what it appears to be. Its just one of those little unexplainable mysterys God gave us.
