My baby is 3 months old and is having trouble going to the bathroom. She is having trouble going pooped and I was wondering what I should do or what will help her go pooped. It would take her like 3 or 4 days before she would go pooped or sometime a week or 2. Please help me.

Is she breastfed or formula fed?
If she is breastfed, it is completely normal at this age not to poop for up to two weeks. Babies can get very efficient at digesting breastmilk with no waste.
Most doctors are not concerned unless it is well over 2 weeks without pooping for breastfed babies.

sharkincanada is right about breastfed babies. In addition to her comments, if your baby is formula fed, she may not be tolerating her formula well and needs something else. If this is the case, talk to her doctor right away.

If she's straining to do her dirt, put a baby-size glycerin suppository in her - it'll empty her bowels in a few minutes.

I would suggest talking to your baby's doctor, they will know what they can do to help her best.
I have tried prune juice just alittle bit.

If she eats or drinks a lot of dairy that is the reason.
