All of the above and also maybe of old age. Flies only live a couple weeks so the trapped one may already be near the end of its life.

becoz of the light on the window it expends its energy in trying to get through sincethey use light for navigation.

I'd say panic, claustrophobia, exhaustion and shock.

It probably brained itself trying to escape

Either from starvation or dessication, or freezing if it's really cold.
