Wow you must have been that bad to onkly win 9 games in a season, and I would have thought the 1998-1999 Chicago Bulls the first season after the World Champions Chicago Bulls disbanded were bad, having winning 13 games and have a coach Tim Floyd that was so great in coaching college basketball teams, (or at least I think) they he couldn't do in in the NBA, but that is what happens when the Gernal Manger drafts players out of High School, and gives you no talent at all to work with. But this really does take the cake.
