kuwait and uae are two different countries.they are not even neighbours

I'm not sure I got the question, but UAE is the United Arab of Emirates one of its famous cities is Dubai abeautiful city.. Kuwait is a country on the borders with UAE now both countries come from the same culture group, though Dubai to be exact in UAE is totally different from the norm in that part of the world.. It's pretty open kindda like a westernized city, where everything pretty much is permitted even drinking which isn't so in Kuwait or the rest of the country in UAE. Hope that's helpful..

its more developed .. nicer .. free .. better people .. better rulers and everything ..
