Hell no, the last person I tried to rescue from themselves ripped into two parts and started to fight each other, right there on the floor of the disco bar. There was no helping him at this point... they both fought until they realized they couldn't live without the other, seeing as how they tore each other in half and his organs were flailing all over the place during the combat scene. It was horrible... there's no hope.

Not easily done; I've been trying to do it for 59 years with no luck. But in the process I've managed to mix my faults with my strengths pretty nicely and have had a good life.
Bottom line is that virtually all of us have some "Achilles Heel" . . . some trait that holds us back from being our best.
Learn to deal with yours as well as you can.
And let me assure you, it can be done!

How can I rescue you when I don't even know you?

lay down close your eyes. pay attention only to your breathing, pretty soon you will feel nothing else but air coming in and then leaving you. then begin to slowly relax all of your muscles starting at your forehead. Are you tensing your eyebrows? are you clenching your jaw? if so just relax. after you are completely relaxed, just don't think, lay in your state of relaxation. after 15 minutes get up and wander in that state of mind around your house. you should feel releived and more calm. i do this everytime i feel like killing myself, it works.

I might, if you were to tell us about yourself; so that we would know how to go about it!

Otherwise, I guess you will just have to suffer.

Sorry,

Wotan
