Hi does anyone know how to get faster and more agile?
im the starting running back for my high school and im a scat back but i want to enhance my skills as being more light on my feet. does anyone have any drills or workouts or anything to help improve? it sucks where i live because there are no hills to run up so i can't do that. Any help is appreciated Thanks

Longer daily workouts. Get with a trainer to enhance specific skills (muscle groups).

Yoga for flexibility

Substitute stairs for hills.

Is there a beach? Do you live in the country or the city? Running on the beach is very good in loose sand. Chasing chickens and being able to catch one. Wind sprints. You could also talk to your coach and see what he has to offer you.
