Both planets have gravity and at some point, will have a structural base, but the gas giants are made completely of GAS (obviously). Terrestrial planets have a solid foundation surrounded by an atmosphere.

Jovian planets and Terrestrial Planets don't have very many similarities to each other. The few similarities they share are: there's gravity on all of the planets, they're all spherical (duh), they all travel in orbits around the sun, they all rotate on an axis, some of the planets have moons that orbit them. I hope this was helpful!
