I can usually wake up pretty fast in the morning and I'm fine for a few hours then in the afternoon i get SUPER tired and i don't know why. then when its time to go to bed i'm awake againn and its hard for me to go to sleep. any advice?

You need to be both physically and mentally tired to sleep. Seems to me you are mentally tired but physically awake, therefore try some exercise.

Maybe your blood glucose is dropping. This can make you feel tired and lethargic. Try eating low GI foods for lunch such as brown bread, fruit and vegies. These are more slowly absorbed and instead of blood sugar and energy peaking after youve eaten and then plummeting, give lasting, constant energy release.
