I came in contact with this woman through a penpal program.
Her sentence is 20 years. Elsa was "convicted" of conspiring with a friend to kill her [Elsa's] husband, during an unfriendly divorce and custody battle. Both Elsa and the friend deny the existence of any such conspiracy, despite the fact that the friend was three times offered a reduced sentence if she would testify against Elsa. The verdict in Elsa's first trial was thrown out because of the use of testimony from a former lawyer of Elsa's, despite the fact that his testimony should have been covered by attorney-client privilege. She was retried and is now in prison. The worst problem of all is that Elsa's children are now in custody of their father, and I have in hand an abundance of written material from professionals in the field of child abuse, said materials making it clear that the man had, indeed, abused the children--apparently both sexually and by use of violence. Can anybody give me any ideas of sources for help?

First of all, everyone in prison has a convincing story about how they are innocent. Chances are this woman is conning you.

However, there are many wrongly convicted people, too. It is a very difficult process to get them exonerated. You might try contacting a local office of the Innocence Institute since they work on this issues all the time. They get thousands of letters from inmates claiming they are wrongfully imprisoned. They can only take on a handful of cases that they think have a chance of being overturned. They don't have the resources to follow up all of them.

In your case, you can research the case yourself. There might be news stories you can track down from local papers. And the court procedings are public record. If you are really interested, you should read all this material yourself and see if you think she is really telling you the truth or if state had a good case against her. Find the facts and talk to someone you know who is a lawyer about it.

If you still think she was wronged, you can try to pursue it with the Innocence Institute.

seek out an attorney who is looking to make a name for him or herself. The attorney will take the case 'pro bono' (no charge). If the attorney can prove your friend innocent then
the attorney will get clients by the dozens.

Nah. the two sexes are equivalent. And genuinely, one does no longer exist without the different. Hay makes a solid component. Edit: with reference to the entire heartbeat & vessel ingredient...the middle itself may be of little need if there is not any vessels for blood to distribute to the human physique.

Every body in prison claims innocence. If I am correct 12 people found her guilty. Be careful, I believe she is merely using you. Don`t follow your pe nis into dark alleyways.

you can sent her $20 a week and they will put it on her books and she can hire a body guard to insure that she has not been tampered with until she gets out
