need help to quit smoking you know what. please dont suggest AA or anything like that because those classes are one of the reasons why i smoke. and what are alternatives to lowering stress other than "wacky tobaccy"

AA is Alcoholics Anonymous. It will do you no good. If you are a pot head how would you relate to us drunks? The word Alcohol is in the name...get it? Further more, AA is not a class. It is a fellowship of men and women who have found an answer to their alcoholism.
Further more how can you blame AA for you smoking pot? Nobody holds you down and forces you to smoke the stuff do they? Don't you light the joint yourself? Take responsibility for your own actions and grow up. Stop blaming others for your woes.
Now, I have found a solution in AA for my hopeless state of mind and body and to help me to stop drinking alcohol and stay stopped.
Perhaps you might want to try NA (Narcotics Anonymous) and go there open minded. Good luck.

"We all?" I never touch that stuff.
That said, if AA is "one of the reasons why I smoke," then you must not have tried very hard. I find that highly unlikely. Sounds to me like you are not very serious about quitting. Until you are, you will have a hard time succeeding. Good luck anyway!

Why would you even want to quit? If it's because of the effects on the lungs, it's easily cooked into almost any food.

"Wacko tobacco", the more appropriate nickname for the crap, is for weakened dope fiends. The preferred alternative is of course good Irish whiskey !!
