soo i'm playing final fantasy X-2 and i'm on that one level where you have to find the four ciphers or something. i don't know what to do...i found all the numbers but i cant figure it out. does anyone know what to do?

If you are talking about the first set of ciphers (Chapter 1), this is what order they go in:
The 1st cipher you find must be entered FIRST.
The cipher on top of the column must be entered LAST.
The cipher hidden in the ruins must be entered THIRD.
The cipher among the rocks at the end of the beach must be entered SECOND.
If you are talking about the second set of ciphers (Chapter 3), enter the numbers in the order you found them.

Eh, I like them both equally. If you want to know which people like more because you want to buy one of them, then I'd say play X-2 if you played (and enjoyed) FFX, and FFXII if you haven't played FFX (or didn't enjoy it.) Personally, I would recommend FFXII more. It's a long game with a HUGE world to explore with a deep and involving story. There's all sorts of plot twists that are fun, but some are predictable. FFX-2 is a very... Well, the game isn't all that serious. The cast is living in a world where they are finally free from Sin, a monster who was immortal, destroyed cities and killed people. Of course, the characters are still enjoyable, especially the "male counterparts" for the girls (Baralai, Gippal, and Nooj.) Also, if you're a guy who likes girls in skimpy clothing at all times, FFX is the way to go. FFXII only has Fran in little clothing. Just saying.
