you can't change it.
I honestly know how you feel. You wake up and wonder why you look like this and why you've been treated like that. Focus on the good times. When you feel you're hurt or someone is gonna hurt you, dance. Forget about it and let it heal b/c it will when the time comes.
You don't want to be cold. I've tried. And your world only makes you get hurt more.

Understand that you are NOT so different from anyone else. EVERYONE feels pain, to some degree or another and everyone works through that pain in the way which is best for them. People and situations in our lives can seem cruel and unfair....they seem that way because it is true. The only person who can take responsibility for our own lives is US..each and every one of us. Others may hurt us and we may hurt others, this is also a fact of life. When we are unable to find forgiveness for the harm others have caused us, the pain lingers and grows larger. We dont forgive THEM because it was never our place to judge them but we forgive OURSELVES for not knowing what we did not know, we forgive ourselves for making wrong choices and putting ourselves in the wrong place at the right time and we forgive ourselves for being perfectly imperfect human beings. I believe that pain in life is inevitable but SUFFERING is optional. It is when we hold on to those hurts that we suffer. Becoming a cold hearted person is probably not your true nature. If it were, you would not feel so hurt, nor would you look for answers to help you beyond this temporary place you are right now. I would suggest you get a notebook and start writing about all of those painful experiences you've had, about all the people who have hurt you and then talk with a trusted friend about what you uncovered in your journaling. This is a time tested tool.
May you pick up the pen soon.

I think you should get help before you do harm to yourself or others.
