No this sounds like a very ideal person to be around. You sound sweet, charming, and very fun to be around. I don't think its lame at all. Or stupid. AND the women who look down on you for being stupid or lame because you treat them right sound like the kind of woman who isnt right for you. I think you should start going with someone who you has the same kind of personality you do. That would be a start.

Wish my guy had a softer side!!!!!! He's a quiet dude yet aggressive at work but hasn't got a romantic bone in his body,nor does he show any kind of affection outside the bedroom! Most women love to see the softer side to men & 'not just in the bedroom'. No sweetie,they won't look down on you.The right girl is out there for you,somewhere.

OK, I wouldn't go so far as to call myself an alpha male, but I am the same way around my gf.......I would do anything to make her happy. It's not weak, stupid, or lame. It's called being in love, and it's one of the things that attracted her to me on the our first couple dates.

i actually like that in a guy. i like a guy who seems to be really strong and such and yet has a soft spot for his girl. i don't why though, i like the feeling that he can protect me and yet he can't/won't hurt me ever.
