It frustrates the hell out of me. I wish I could fall asleep on my back or my left side, but the only way it is even remotely possible for me to fall asleep is on my right side.

No matter what bed I sleep in or what pillow I have ... right side only.

Any advice?

Do you toss & turn at night? Have you ever woke up in a different position? Maybe you can sleep in a different position, you just have to start on your left. I think it has something to do with the rotation of the earth, or maybe it's what side of the continental divide your on. You know how water in the toilet rotates left or right depending on what side of the continental divide your on.

I think you are crazy actually. This person once told me if you are having a hard time falling asleep take even breaths and count to three each time you take a breath. Focus on the numbers as you count because it keeps you from focusing on everything else. So I think this whole sleeping on your right side thing is in your head and you need to find something else to focus on while you are trying to fall asleep if sleeping on your back and left side are so important to you.

I am the same so what is the problem? When you were born your Parents probably put you in the crib on your right side, so that is it for life. Be thankful you can sleep.
