There is a lot of detailed information.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT take an online class. Do it in person. The course can be 2 weeks or several months. usually at night. Taking a class in person will allow you to better understand the material.

I passed my test earlier this year on the first try, but the test I think was hard. I first started with an online class, which I do not recommend. It is very hard to understand this new language without someone to give you examples of what they are talking about and it is hard to grasp.

I ended up taking a class at Century 21 and the classes were not too hard. They were a lot easier to understand with real world examples and you could ask questions. I took a class 2 times a week and you could finish in as little as a month an a half, and you could keep going over and over to all of the classes until you were comfortable with the material (there was no charge to keep going)

But by farrr the biggggest help was the CD they gave us with the class. I give 95% of the reason I passed the test to this CD. It had almost all of the real estate exam questions on the practice CD! I just took the CD over and over and over until I started scoring at least 85% and above, took the state exam and passed! I was surprised how many questions were on the CD that I had memorized. I can't imagine that I would have known the answers to these questions by reasoning alone.

Usually all of the answers are "almost correct", but you have to pick the one that is the "most correct", which can be confusing and difficult to figure out.

Anyway, good luck to you!!

The classes aren't hard, but it is definitely ALOT of information to take in. Try Kaplan Professional Schools. The initial class that you're required to take is a 3 or 4 day class. They offer a two day refresher course prior to you taking the State exam. You also need to take an open book on line course. Between scheduling and attending classes, studying, and taking the on line course the whole process took about three months before I was ready to take the exam. Just remember to study, study, study and you will pass the first time!

Good luck!

My license has expired because I am retired. I thought the exam was easy, but you have to know the material. The difficulty would depend on your background and experiences. I suggest that you call several real estate schools for information on the course they offer.

I took mine online at Champion School of Real Estate. It took about 4 months doing it part time on the weekends and at night.

You can do it online or in class. I did it online just because of my hectic schedule. You can do it through Allied. They can send you videos to watch (SO BORING though) so it's cool It takes as much time as you need. I took like 3 weeks.
