You can't ... been there, done that. Spent countless hours. Seems the only ones I did qualify weren't paying... Unfortunately, and people dont want to hear this, you are NOT going to make money doing free stuff.
I don't necessarily vote for getting a JOB because you are limited in income, but a good home based business is a very viable option that over time could create more than what you are seeking.

Try looking for a job that will guarantee you make that much. Or do a google search. Google is my fav search engine. If you look enough you might find something. Do you want to work at home? As far as that, I honestly don't know. Don't send money or a self addressed stamped envelope to get supplies to stuff envelopes. It's a scam, one that I fell for many years ago. They never send it. I think I had to pay a fee too.

A rreal job full time would pay at a mimimum close to $300. Depending on where you are, minimum wage might be even higher than that.
