why are all Africans presidents so selfish?

Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. They all have FAR too much power (with the exception of Ghana and South Africa to a certain extent, which actually run quite well)

However, I really can't see a better way of doing it. They should rule themselves, and they can't rule themselves if the West are guiding their hands. Africa must bring about their own revolutions - that's what everyone else had to do. There's no use forcing or persuading them, they've got to want it.

here's the scenario, deals are made to loot the land resources in the african nation, the leader gets mucho millions to allow it, the natives are displaced and driven off the land into wars and the african leaders gets a swiss bank account and moves to france....truer than u think!!!
