I have a 95 600cc Ninja that cranks, but will not fire. I don't think it's the coil. What else could it be, and how much is it going to cost to fix?

do you have a manual for the bike? go to http://www.repairmanualclub.com/ become a memeber for free and search, download and use the manual
does the bike have spark? test for it
is there power to the coils? test
does the bike have fuel in the tank? is the tap turned on? try turning the tap to prime and try again
does the bike have fuel to the carbies? check
is it in gear with the side stand down? check as there is an interlock swtich that doesnt allow the engine to fire if its in gear and the sidestand is down. or maybe the sensor in the stand or box is playing up?

The problem is either ignition, fuel, compression, or timing. You will need to figure out which it is
