Edit: ban, I think you have most of it right, but I think the problem is that now she has to sit at the front of the bus because of the fight and that isnt cool because she stopped doing that in second grade.

If your mom's a lawyer, surely she could afford some private tuition as your spelling and grammar is absolutely appalling, and I find it difficult to understand your question.
For all I moan about living in England, it looks like we offer a better level of education!!!

Your bus driver told your teacher you were fighting on the bus. You sit in the front and didn't touch anyone. Your mom is lawyer and is going to do a background check on this bus driver.

I read your question. If you are in high school then they ought to locate all of your previous teachers and fire them for gross incompetence! You haven't grasped the simplest of spelling skills. Those who are in charge of your school district should be publicly flogged for wasting tax revenues.
