I bought a metallic gold long skirt this summer, but couldn't find any top to go with it. When I was at the store, they showed me a white shirt with gold hem, but I didn't buy it because it was too expensive. Now, I'm confused! Can somebody help me? I found this item on ebay and it's the same color as my skirt.

Wear a black blouse with it. You could trim the blouse with gold or wear a thick gold necklace and gold earrings and carry a gold purse. Be sure to wear black shoes. That will bring the outfit all together. I love black and gold together.

any white or black top should be fine
or another metallic top, preferably a plain white or black, but even if it has a nice print it would match
usually a lot of warm or bright colours match with gold, so just hold a top up against the skirt n see the contrast, and whether u think it works or not, i think fuchsia,aqua, or teal would also match really nice
also, throw on some chunky gold jewellery, like long necklaces made with gold beads or something,

Maybe a black blouse? Black and gold seem to look nice together. I looked at the item, it seems odd to wear such a revealing top with a long skirt + too much gold.

I like girls in jeans. It creates them look more home town like and it doesn't appear to be they are trying too much but if you're looking to get this fellas attention, this may well not be what you want
