I want names for my girls that will both suit them when they are young and age well. I want them to flow stylistically, but I do NOT want them to be Matchy Matchy at all... in some cases that includes simply starting with the same letter. I do not wish to have modern or trendy names; I want names that will never go out of style. Any thoughts come to mind?

They will already have a big sister, Audrey Sage.

I think anagrams (different names using the exact same letters) are a good way of naming twins if you want something similar or matching. That way they get their own individual name, but you've got that cute association.

Congrats on the soon to be new additions to your family :) I love the name Audrey Sage! Here are some suggestions for names, I agree with you about having individual names for twins, I think it's really important! Hope this is somewhat helpful, I don't think they are too modern or trendy although I'm sure they've gained popularity over the years.

Sophia Elizabeth
Lila Abigail
Amelia Grace
Charlotte Lynne
Julia Michelle
Lily Marie
Ella Grace
Jane Margaret or Margaret Jane

I think these combinations would be cute:

Jane and Ella
Julia and Charlotte
Amelia and Jane

Hope this is helpful!

Audrey Sage is very classy.. I have a Hillary Rose. My identical twin friends are Elizabeth Ann and Katherine Marie. I went to school with a Rhondi Lynn and a Rhonda Lane. That was weird. how about something like Madeline Lucy (Lucinda) and Candace Drew (Drucilla) (Maddy and Candy!) You could come up with some lists and then name them when you know what they look like. I sort of did that and ended up naming mine a bit differently once I saw her face.
