i learnt to put on a front when around other people at a very young age and i aint gonna change that now very few people know the real me and thats the way ill keep it

yes, i definitely am. i'm a loner, very shy and hate to be touched (physically). i avoid crowds whenever possible, and often appear aloof. (just shyness). i'm that way 24/7/365 so whether i'm in public or at home alone, that is my true self.

Yes I am. Because I was raised that way. My mother always told me "to thyne own self be true". Why would I want to be someone I am not?

I am now! I binned my ex and now I can look people in the face without fear of getting a kicking when I get home 'cause of his irrational jealousy.

Depends who they are sometimes its easier to be yourself with complete strangers (like on here) than with those who know you well as strangers can be less judgmental.
