Some cross-dressers do use feminine products, like tampons, maxi pads & panty liners, but not for protection, they just use them to feel more feminine, that's why I use them whenever I dress-up & go out, but you should always douche before you use tampons, you do want to feel fresh & clean right?

As several have pointed out there is no biological need for a male to female crossdresser to use tampons or maxi pads. Some might wear them for other reasons. Me personally, I usually wear a pantiliner to protect my panties.

hey,no you definately should NOT be using maxi pads or tampons,
1) as much as you'd like to even after srs you'll never menstruate
2)tampons are for vaginal insertion so i dont think i wanna know where youre putting them
3)there are also a lot of dangers with putting something that soaks up liquids down your undies,ie;youll dry out your crotch area and possibly suffer some severe chaffing, and skin problems too.
if you want to look flatter down there get your self a good gaff.they are reasonably cheap and just as uncomfortable as pads etc.im not too sure if i helped but i hope i did.
cheers.

Us crossdressers have no "need" to wear feminine protection. However, some crossdressers wear them to feel more feminine. I enjoy wearing maxi pads because I know it is something that is very womanly, and by wearing maxi pads I become more womanly.

Sorry but no. Crossdressers wear the same clothes as most women, yes. But they do not need to wear maxi pads. That is for menustration, which men don't have. So no, they don't...sorry.

Ah at first this seems like a dumb question. But what many people fail to realize is a crossdresser by definition is someone who dresses in the clothes of the opposite sex. Now when women wore mostly only dresses and men wore breeches or pants it was easy to distinguish. Now many women never wear a dress but pants are no longer considered only for females. But there are many lez females who dress in male clothes so by definition they are crossdressers and therefore probably use feminine hygene PRODUCTS

Tampons, maxi pads, etc are not for protection.. They're for menstruation, which guys don't have even after a sex change operation... So the answer is no.
If they want to protect themselves from catching STDs they'll probably wear a condom (if they still have a penis) or have their partner wear it.

Why would a crossdresser use sanitary products?
It's not as if he has anywhere to put them......
