Grandma got run over by a reindeer! What Should I do???

Unless she is in immediate danger, don't move her. Direct somebody to call 911. Make sure she is breathing and has a heart beat. If she is not breathing, you may have to do her breathing for her. If she also has no heart beat, you will have to do CPR if you're trained. Good luck!
Hopefully there is a Santa clause in her life insurance that covers this.

I dunno, take her to the County hospital.. you might have a long wait time while you're there, but I'm fairly certain they can't turn you away if it's a serious as you describe. Don't worry about costs and just go. Maybe even try calling 911 to get an ambulance to take her if it's that serious right now .. just say her pain is unbearable and you're scared and not sure what to do.

shoot the reindeer! an eye for an eye. speaking of eyes, an alternative would be to refer that reindeer to a good optometrist. since it obviously can't see all that well.
