I like to use Quivic to download and convert Youtube movies to an iPod format. The easiest way to do it is to use Quivic to import music straight into iTunes and then sync up your ipod with iTunes. Quivic also works with a load of other video web sites other than YouTube

You can just use 'zillatube' - it is very easy to use.
It will help you to download videos and put them on your ipod..
1. download the video
2. convert the video to mp4 format
3. drag the mp4 into iTunes, then sync with your ipod
That's all.
