Why DV lottery application form does not accept ?

I know that Dv lottery last day is 2nd of december, i have filled it up today, however the website can not finished process, after filling up the first page information i pressed continue and after 30 second it said internet explorer can not open the page, my interent connection is ok, everything is ok, is there any problem in the site? or any solution?

You may have blocked cookies and the program is trying to save a cookie and the open a new page, which it can't. It may be that your security settings (Tools /Internet Options) are strict enough that the page can't be opened. What the DV Lottery is may have been taken down and you have been filling a cache copy.
