I'm looking for a liquid eyeliner that lasts all day and is easy to apply a thin line with. Also, I would like it to dry pretty quickly. The one I currently use starts to chip all over my eyelid after a few hours. I've heard that drugstore brands work really well for liquid eyeliner...is this true? I only like to use it for my top eyelid, btw.

I like Rimmel's make.It usually lasts all day with me! I know a lot of another brands start to smudge off after a while but this one looks pretty good all day,either that try Avon's liquid eyeliner pen,which is great!

The best stuff I have used is by Loreal call HIP it is really amazing, the colors are very true. You can by it at any store such as Walgreens, Target, Walmart, Ulta anywhere really. It is a little on the pricey side but well worth it.

ohh umm. the felt pen ones. like revlon cover girl and maybeline. there like 5-10 dollars. depending on the brand

Anabelle liquid AND pencil liners are the best in my opinion.. It doesn't chip off too easily and it lasts long.

i find that Almay intense eyeliner works the best. i only wear on the top too and in moderation.

Yup, any drugstore is ok. I use maybeline but I just like it. Any will do. Experiment a little.

i use maybeleene it works really good. it also helps to blow on it before you apply it and shake it in the bottle. it comes in colors like green and dark blue which work very good too and it is not that expenisve at all!

honestly the best liquid eyeliner cannot be bought in store because there so monotanous .....high paid famous make up artists use imported or custom blends!
