Juice and Soda give me heartburn so i stay away from that.. and i went to the doctor the other day and no infections.. So im kinda confused.. Any other reason's it could be this way? BTW im 38 wks if that matters..

I'd say your kidneys are carrying a heavy load trying to filter all the blood plus the extra blood you make for pregnancy. It's dumping the bad stuff, so if the dr.'s not worried, and there's no pain, I'd not worry about it. I wouldn't drink more than 64 oz a day because that's requiring your kidneys to filter even more liquid. Too much liquid can make you sick. If there's a backup at the kidney station, the liquid piles up at the brain station.:(

Take care.

Nope....just dehydration.

i could have SWORN i was drinking TOO much water! haha i told my husband i was going to drown myself by drinking too much water...but then i went to the hospital for contractions and they hooked me up to an iv overnight becuase they said i was very dehydrated.

so drink more more more! double what you are drinking now because what you are drinking isnt enough!

Btw...juice made me sick when i was pregnant too so the doctor told me to get gatorade and drink that instead. it didn't give me heartburn at all and it helped give me the extra electrolytes i needed! good luck and congrats in advance!

If you are taking pre-natal vitamins it probably has something to do with it - you should ask the doctor if you are concerned, however, if it were a cause for real concern your dr should have mentioned it at your last visit when checking your protein levels.
