Absolutely.
Cookies are temporary files that websites put on your computer so the next time you visit their site things like your login info is already there or your search history. Deleting them doesn't do any damage.
(The cache can also store this data. You can delete that also.)

yes, you actually should do it to clean up your computer sometimes, as it slows downs programs you use, and remember that it is the online sites that are saved onto your hard drive. If you go to a site that gives you a virus, itll get rid of it. You really should be doing it daily, along with caches.
