I like all parts of the day...to me every bit of them have their own special charms....
Dawn as the birth of a new day is always beautiful...especially so the deep purple false dawn beforehand, when all the birds start to wake up and sing.
I like the day of course, because of the cheery sunlight that has so much power to lift depression and energize the soul.
The twilight of the day is beautiful in it's own right, where the sun does not just go down, but sends streamers of ever-changing colour to give the sky one last reminder of it's magnificence.
And then the night, when the last remaining light from the sun has been removed from the sky. And especially in the country where no artificial lighting from cities can interfere with nature's spleandour, you have the vault of the heavens painted over with thousands upon thousands of twinkling lights, and we are forever reminded that we here on Earth are just one small moat of an infinite universe.

I agree with Mr. Ed about the driving part. So many people think that just because they can see that they do not need to turn on their headlights. But they need to be turned on so others can see them. Very annoying and dangerous.
I am usually busy cooking at this time of day. On the weekends the evening twilight sometimes makes me a little restless. It reminds me of getting ready to go out and dance.
For quite some time I have been sleeping in the morning twilight. I used to go fishing in the very early morning hrs. I like this time better than the evening. A beautiful sunrise or sunset is always appreciated when I get the chance to catch one. I am a night person mostly though. I love the night sounds and I love the night sky.

Since twilight is either just after sunset or before the sunrise, I will have to opt for the twilight in the evening.
I'm a night person and I would be more than happy to be going to bed, just before the sun comes up.
I like sleeping till noon.
I don't come alive until 9:30 at night.
I do love to watch the sunset.
To me, it's the softest time of the evening.
Thanks for the question.

No, I love the light! All I see is dark this time of year. I have to work night shift. So, I come home in the dark and it gets dark in the afternoon right after I wake up in the afternoon. I can't wait until the Dec 21st when the days will start to get longer again.

I love twilight. End of a busy day, but not night yet. Time does seem to stand still and that's OK with me. Time seems to moves to fast anyway.

Having been a resident of Japan for eight years years ago I still follow the ritual of many in that country. Weather permitting I sit outside on my patio and contemplate the sun going down, reflecting on the day and its events. My time of reflection is aided by a cup of coffee or glass of iced sun tea, depending on the season.

At this time of year I am not a great fan of it...it's 2:36pm and it's dusk...can't get enough daylight right now. When we're in between the equinox's I do enjoy the sunset.
I sure do know what you mean though! Hang in there - for you, morning and sunrise is just around the corner!

Aye, the twilight 'tis a changing to the eve, when the sun is settling in animals of the field and air are getting comfy for the night. 'Tis a beautiful time for meditation and appreciation of the days happenings and ones being.

That is one of the most beautiful times of day here. The sun sets behind the mountains in the west and shows beautiful colors on the mountains in the east. It's like living at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. Beauty all around.
