We are naming our baby girl Makayla, with that exact spelling. I really wanted to use my mom and my mother in laws first names and combine then for a middle name. There names are Jo-Ann and Beth (real name Mary Elizabeth). I was thinking something like Jo-Beth, etc. It may not sound the prettiest or make alot of sense but the meaning is special to us. Our last name is Ford. Suggestions welcome. Thanks!

My daughter is Mikayla Dawn.
I know the meaning is special to you, but do you think it will be to your daughter. She will spend her whole life explaining why her middle name is Jo-Beth.
It is a name at babynamesworld.com, as a combination of Josephine and Elizabeth. Seriously though, think about how this name will sound: Makayla Jo-Beth Ford. To me I think it sounds like you couldn't make up your mind and just threw it all together.
