I called in for my next month of birth control pills on friday and am not gonna get them until tomorrow. Yesterday was my last pill...so I don't have one to take for tonight. When do I take Sunday's pill...tomorrow as soon as I pick them up? Will missing this tonight mess everything up?

i am on the pill also.
my doctor told me that if i miss a pill, i just take it as soon as i can the next day, plus i take the pill i have to take that day.
example: i miss my pill on sunday, wake up on monday, realize i missed it. i take the sunday's pill and i also take monday's pill.
don't worry about it messing up your schedule, but you may not want to have sex for a couple days just to be sure.

You should be fine, read the pamphlet that came with your pack. Most of them will say to take it as soon as you remember, then take the next one as scheduled.

Usually they say when you "forget" to take one, or in your case run out, take the next one as soon as you remember.

You should be fine, just try not to have sex, or if you do use a condom for protection. Have a good one!
