You are out of your space you had everything just the way you wanted it to be , You also lost things that were important to you and they are gone forever. You have a right to be mad and sad , And you can feel that the world you knew is gone. Be thankful you are safe and you have people who love you and there's nothing fake about that. But you have to get the mad part conquered first. and guess what, you should take a walk and sort these things out. If you Yell so what, Cry bring tissue. You are mourning the loss of your world as it was. Kick something soft. Talk to your self and start to heal. and I am very sorry for your loss.

You get yourself together by accepting the generosity of those who offer it with an attitude of gratitude, and hopefully when you are once again in a position where you can help someone else you will be kind enough to do so.
This is not the end of the world, your independence can be a source of strength to help you overcome this temporary situation, or it can be a hindrance in accepting help; the choice is yours.
