A poodle and a lab can breed. They are different types of dogs but they are one species.
Same with different races of people. We are the same species.

We are different races, but not necessarily different because of color. How to individuals of different color be the same blood type? Will the heart of a A+ blood type person transplant into a B+ person? What happens when someone of incompatible blood types conceives a child and the child becomes the type unlike it's mother? Yet a white or Asian or other (black, Latin, etc..) may interbreed with no racial consideration other than the question over blood type compatibility...

We are all one race. There are cultural differences between people from different parts of the world and very minor genetic differences. The genetic differences are so small that it is impossible to define a "race" on the basis of them. There is more genetic variation within so-called "races" than there is between them. You cannot define races in humans no matter how hard they try to do so in the USA.
