i am looking for a store that sells really pretty party dresses. i am looking for both short and long dresses. it would mean a lot if you can answer my question thanks!!!!

Well, you could always try going to the opp shop, no joke, they have some really retro stuff, that you could just get tailored and add a few pockets, beads, belts and what not, and would be the most unique chik on the block. making your own dresses is always easy and you will always be able to create your own design . why not be the most unique person at the party, and imagine the look on your friends faces, after they ask "wow where did you get that dress from?" you answer with "i made it"......

It is difficult to answer a question with no info, age,size, type of party you are going to.
I've heard that Deb shops have great dresses sizes 0 to 14 from casual to long like prom, I was in there once with my grand daughter buying tops very nice clothes and the prices are great.

Check out Nordstroms and Forever 21. I don't recommend going to Macys because everyone goes there but they do have cute dresses

Well, it all depends on where you live. I live in Pennsylvania and the mall is a great place. More specifically, Macy's or Bonton. I got my homcoming dresses from those places. They also have just like going-on-a-date dresses.

Go to your local mall, you're bound to find one..
if you live near Ocean County, NJ there is a great store called Marigolds & MoonBeams on Route 9.

What psrt of the country are you in? Are you in a rural or more suburban area? For department stores, Macy's has a decent selection, as does Boston Store(Bergners).
