I have a Biostar P4TSV ( http://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdetails.asp?model=p4tsv ) motherboard and I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card but I'm not sure about compatibility. I currently have a GeForce 6200.

You are still on the 8X AGP graphics expansion format. The best cards for AGP would just be DX9 cards, ATI X1950 XT AGP or Geforce 7950GT AGP. If you want DX10, your option is just ATI HD2400.

No, because the 8800 GT is PCI Express, and you only have PCI and AGP slots. The best you could do, as far as Nvidia chips go, is a 78xx series card, which are available in both PCI-E and AGP. Just make sure your power supply will support it, as those cards have higher than usual power requirements and usually require a dedicated power connector.
