Williams is the most British. McLaren isn't as British as it used to be since Mercedes bought into the team.
The majority of the teams have some sort of British influence, whether it be personnel or where the headquarters is based.
Plus F1 is run by British people, Bernie Ecclestone, Max Mosely, Charley Whiting, even the top doctor is British, Professor Sid Watkins

McLaren and Williams without a doubt. These are the only two truly British teams left. In the past we had many great British teams in F1 like Lotus, Tyrrell, Brabham, BRM, Stewart, Jordan and Jaguar among others but sadly except for McLaren and Williams, they have all closed down or sold out.

LOL that people think McLaren are a british team! They were founded by a New Zealander and are mainly owned by Germans.
Williams have been built up by a Brit and are still based in Britain. Williams are much more British than McLaren can ever be.

McLaren. The car was engineered and produced by McLaren Automotive, a subsidiary of the British McLaren Group that, among others, owns the McLaren Mercedes Formula One team. Plus they have a British driver.

Both McLaren and Williams are the pure British teams. Forget about who founded it or who owns the shares.
It's all about the public image of the team and in that regard, both McLaren and Williams emit a strong British accent.

definitely williams. Patrick Head and Frank Williams are as British as they come and they own 100% of the team unlike mclaren which is half german as Mercedes own a large chunk and have a very substantial say in the running of the team. Williams may have toyota enines but they dont really have anything to do with them management wise/.
McLaren Highlander: Jordan were irish.

There is no team that is really taht British. But I would say McLAren. British-owned, and based there. And has at least a British driver (Hamilton).
