I just need to know when I can donate blood again, I was supprised it did not hurt at all and is actualy good for me... Plus a pint is a pound so everytime i give blood i loose a pound! (even if i do gain it right back)^_^

Within six weeks after giving blood your red bloods cells are fully restored. That is the time frame recommended by the American Red Cross. (The fluid volume lost is regained with a day, and proteins and plasma within 72 hours.)
Note: the guild-lines and time frame for repeat donations of blood plasma are significantly less. You may want to check in to that if you have a donation center near you.

you can safely donate blood every 6-8 weeks, as recommended by the blood centers. At that time, your blood has had time to replace itself. It won't make you lose weight, sorry.

You can donate whole blood every 56 days. Losing weight is not a good reason to give blood. You could just cut off a leg...that's a lot more weight and it won't grow back. lol

You can donate blood every 8 weeks safely. You won't lose weight because your blood replaces itself.

It depends upon the country you are living in and their regulations plus whether you are donating "Whole Blood" or "Plasma".
In most countries the Red Cross Blood centres prefer that you donate every three months, or more, for "Whole Blood" and every two weeks (preferably every three weeks) for plasma.
