well im a 36 A and have worn that for three years.
My question is, when the cups slide up your chest does thaat mean its to big or to small? thanks<3

it actually means their to small. i actually learned that today on Tim Gunns Guide to Style and he was helping a retired cop- anywho. they slide up your chest and your back and you have to pull them down because they are to small. i would try going somewhere and having them size you up- you could be totally wearing the wrong size and not realize it. i went from normally wearing a 34 C to wearing a 36 DD and didnt realize they grew until i went to get a new bra at Fredricks and they told me my real size.

You may need a smaller band size. Try a 34A. And/or loosen the straps over your shoulders.

And if you get professionally sized, do it at Nordstroms JCPenneys or Sears NOT victoria secret as they size incorrectly.

too big.. try another size like maybe a 34..
you can take bras into the dressing rooms and try on different sizes and see which fits you best.

This means that it's too small. Try adjusting the straps but if that doesn't work try getting a bigger bra.

to small...i think i used to have that problem but i can't remember now if it was b/c my bra was too small or too big. Sorry i thought i knew the answer

i dunno sorry, but the women at bra stores will. go in for a bra fitting, then you will know what size is best for you. most women are wearing the wrong size bra!!!
