I recently installed Ultra ATX 600 watt power supply, however after booting up my pc, it constantly restarts.?

Specs:
1 GB DDR RAM
Pentium D 2.8 GHz
Geforce 8600 GT
250 GB hard drive
Windows Vista Home Premium

Problem could be with RAM or unstable voltage to RAM. Open BIOS menu then go to Hardware monitor. Observe the voltages. Fluctuations beyond +/-5% indicate instability. If the fluctuation is on the +3.3V, +5V or +12V, power supply is unstable. If fluctuation is on Vdimm, motherboard has a problem.
