Problem could be with RAM or unstable voltage to RAM. Open BIOS menu then go to Hardware monitor. Observe the voltages. Fluctuations beyond +/-5% indicate instability. If the fluctuation is on the +3.3V, +5V or +12V, power supply is unstable. If fluctuation is on Vdimm, motherboard has a problem.
