I didn't know having your head buried in your rear end was a form of art, but then art is subjective.

Actually when you think of it, it is sort of an art form,it has helped Michael Moore come out with two wonderful movies that are documents and not fiction. Before him we had Johnson to look to and Nixon to look to as models for bad government, but this has gone so far beyond either of them that it is wonderful. There really should be a game and some kind of short movie shown to all children. The game would be something on wheeling and dealing and cheating to win, to show children what not to do,the one who does the worst really is the winner. Then have a movie showing characters like Bush, Cheney, Rice, etc, all off them on the take and not listening to the public and showing how our government has been run for 8 years.
It could be funny, and true.

I'm not sure what your question means. I think you're looking for something like the Art of War but from a Bush viewpoint. As far as I can tell, his basic philosophy is that the important people to listen to are his friends and the rest of us are here to be controlled by fear and misdirection. He believes that what he wants to do is more important than how the country feels and that Congress exists only to put obstacles in his path. Which is why he does a much as possible under the table by presidential fiat. I suppose that's a form of art, not one I particularly like.
