what is the revilement with therapy? one does not have to be CRAZY to be in therapy. i am a therapist and NONE of my clients are crazy.

Not a sick joke or anything. It is a help line for guys and girls who want to stop looking at porn. Also I would read a book
"Every Young Man's Battle." It will help you learn to lower your sex drive and teach you how to stop looking at porn, get help from a older male whom you know and trust who does not look at porn and can help keep you accountable. It is hard to stop alone.
I talked it over with my prayer group (men's group) and my pastor became my accountability partner. Email me anytime if you have questions or want to talk.

get a girlfriend or join a sports team. anything to keep you busy and keep your mind off of porn will work.

I think what you should do is try and get a girlfriend. It should try and take your mind off it and you should be able to forget about porn. This happened to me aswell, but i got a girlfriend and it helped a lot

i did this to stop being bitchy.
everytime i talked about somone a take my hair tie. [in my wrist]
and pull it and let go.
so it hurted.
to that to urself for self desapline or something

unplug your computer give the power wire to your mom and say I NEED TO STOP! dont tell her what it is.. and then you will not be able to watch it =P
