my male turtle HELP!?

my male box turtle was in his water dish and his head was in his shell, and something was coming out of his butt. i have no idea what it was... HELP!

That is called a 'prolapse', and can be any of several internal organs. It is not generally a good sign- unless it was just some 'flashing'.

Flashing is a display of the male organ that is shown, then retracted after a short while.

If it did not retract, it needs to be seen by a vet.
