Because ppl are rude and apparently they feel that you are not quite all there. If you want my opinion though I wouldn't put much weight in their statements.... Maybe they were dropped too many times due to they're obvious actions of ignorance and are commenting from experience. Good luck!

you probably said something that was considered stupid or obvious to them and they reply sarcastically, how many times where u dropped when u were a baby, b/c if someone was dropped when they were a baby a lot they might be "stupid" when they grow up. But don't care what they think just do your thing!

Not to sound mean, but do you ever say things that sound really obvious or just completely stupid? That's probably why. Trust me, I've said things like that plenty of times. Like when someone cracks a joke I don't get. Don't worry, I'm sure those people have said similar things too- they probably just like making fun of others.

It's a figure of speech meaning you're not very smart.

it basically means youve said something stupid. droped on the head- youd loose some of your memory and IQ possibly. and their implying you havnt said many smart things since you were born. its more of a metaphor but also an insult. depending on how they say it to you.
