Sure. I mainly do it for selfish reasons, namely because it makes me feel so good. Mostly my church (Unity).
Last night I tried to do a fun thing and donate cans of food for every star on a question, but of course the question got deleted. There were three of us. Buk was up to about $350 when he got suspended. The other guy I don't know. Me, I only had 17 stars (cans) when they nailed my @ss.
I'm still muttering about it to anyone who will listen. No wonder the world is so F**ked up!!

Yes, I donate my time and money to good causes, like donating old clothes to Goodwill and doing community work with my church and stuff. It is really fun seeing the benifet you do for others and how happy people are once you do some of these things!

I have donated my hair, money, time, artwork. It is a very wonderful thing to do and if someone puts you down for that then they have problems. We are all supposed to help each other in this world. =)

We donate money to charities on a monthly basis and have also regularly donated food, as well as our time and labor. The Lord's blessings are to be shared; it is very gratifying to help others meet their needs, and recall when others did the same for you.

That man or woman have been given thumbs down because of the fact it places the church in a adverse mild. yet, having been a member of the church my complete lifestyles, i do no longer see something it relatively is untrue or outrageous. basically some exaggerations. How plenty time you spend on a calling is particularly as much as the guy. considerable kinfolk commitments might take priority. yet i comprehend that some callings drain human beings's time and a great sort of the contributors i comprehend are unhappy with the load of their callings. additionally, you dont could desire to follow the education of all church leaders. that is as much as the guy. in case you disagree with some thing, there is not any one there to make particular you get returned in line. different than that, that is tremendously precise.

My mother-in-law left 30 bags of shoes and cloths that were donated with no regrets. I don't beleive we should hang on to "things" just to feel comfortable and am continually down-sizing.

I volunteer at a home for the aged. I also contribute money to various animal organzations, health and religious organizations, and I bring food to food banks. This year I have given a great deal to the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Kidney Foundation, in memory of my brother who recently died from kidney failure.
