Yep! My thighs, my neck and my ears will get me every time but I am very ticklish from head to toe.

On a good day, I might laugh if I even think I'm likely to get tickled. Seriously, though, my reaction to tickling will always involve laughter sooner or later, though I can sometimes keep it in for a while in role plays. A bad mood would not likely make me less likely to react to tickling - for most people I know, it would contribute to one laughing sooner.
