Notre Dame has a wonderful recruiting class coming on board next year. It will probably be a good couple of years before they will bond as a real unit.

But until that happens, I can see ND winning at least 6 games next year...it's a real improvement compared to what they had this year.

I think better than that, maybe 11-1. Charlie Weis is an offensive genius, and he's just now learning the difference in college football from the pros. Notre Dame will start a dynasty next year!

I see ND as a 5-7 to 7-5 team. If they have a winning season they'll go and get beat in a bowl game. If the recruiting class (and subsequent classes) are as good as the pundits claim ND should be back in the top 25 for real in 2-3 years...though if they get off to a quick start they'll be there sooner...but they won't be legit.

Dude, they were 0-3 in the Big Ten. Weiss has shown little aptitude working with young players up to this point. I laugh my *** off listening to his spin after beating a poor Stanford team. "We aren't a great team yet....." No kidding. Clausen goes down easier than a hooker on food stamps. They finally found a Duke team they could rough up, so at the end they totally disrespect them by putting that hack Zbikowsky in at quarterback. Next years schedule contains five teams that just about any team could and should beat. I would say if they finish at 6-6 no one should be surprised, nor celebrate too hard. I hope its more like 4-8.

Im thinking more like 5-7 they dont have an offensive or a defensive line...Claussan has a problem when u pressure him....Notre Dame wont be "good" (10-2 type team for yrs)

Unless there's a major overhaul in the coaching staff I don't see them being bowl eligible next year

they will finish with about a .500 win percentage because last year they had TONS of seniors and this year they pretty much started last years back-ups and im sure charlie weis scouted this year but next years team is going to be very young so like i said earlier around.500

I say 5-7, they won't be much better.
